Order Processing Time

All fully paid and validated orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days. Please note that delivery estimates begin from the date your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination, and are displayed at checkout. No additional shipping fees will be charged after payment is completed.

Delivery and Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered address that includes a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If there are no tracking updates for 9 consecutive days, please contact our customer support at wesemanntarletonxw436@gmail.com to assist with a delivery investigation.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military restricted zones, or countries under international sanctions. Additionally, parcel carriers may refuse delivery to addresses with security risks or restrictions; in such cases, we reserve the right to cancel shipments.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at wesemanntarletonxw436@gmail.com. After this period, orders will be processed and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to delivery refusal, incorrect shipping information, or missed pickup, return shipping fees will be charged to the customer. Reshipment fees must be prepaid for any subsequent delivery attempts.
