Return & Refund Policy
At ryzesuperfoods, we offer a 30-calendar-day return window starting from the date your package is marked delivered by the local courier. All return requests must be submitted to customer service within this period. Requests made after this deadline will not be processed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, the merchandise must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original factory-new condition.
- All original packaging, including unbroken outer packaging, brand hang tags, attached accessories, and instruction manuals must be intact and returned with the product.
- Items must not belong to non-returnable categories listed below.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Facial cosmetics, skincare serums, oral care products, and personal hygiene supplies.
- Intimate lingerie, swimwear, and single-use disposable items.
- Custom engraved, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Clearance or liquidation items marked as “Final Sale, No Returns Permitted.”
Return Shipping and Fees
If the return is due to our error — including manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or damage during transit — we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return shipping costs. You may choose between a full refund or a free replacement.
If you are returning items due to personal reasons such as preference, sizing, or change of mind, you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the original delivery fees which are non-refundable.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at wesemanntarletonxw436@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product.
- Wait for our written approval and receive the designated return address.
- Repack the item securely and ship it back. Provide us with the return tracking number.
- Once we receive the returned goods, inspection will take 5–8 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and videos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. In some cases, you may not be required to return the damaged goods.
Additional Terms
- Original shipping charges, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
- Lost packages confirmed delivered by the courier but lost after receipt do not qualify for a refund.
- Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles must be requested within the 30-day return window and follow the same shipping cost policies as returns.
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days, with shipping typically taking 5-10 business days.
